Here on my personal blog space you will be able to share in some random thoughts that happen to all of us as downloads of consciousness as well as some articles for which there will be a only available in full to subscribers as thy contain more therapeutic tools, awareness and therefore are for those who are interested in moving themselves forward connecting more into the web of love I am here to be a part of whilst in my time on Planet Earth these come from my working life and experience as a teacher and somatic practitioner with an aim to make space for all those who feel invisible, unseen and unheard. Here, I hope you will find a resonance and a capacity to feel and BE, met in the complexity of your radiance and magnificence of our full colour spectrum.

By way of offering an insight into who I am and where I am from I offer a part of a message I received in a divination to support you knowing a little more about me, my motivations and who I am…I invite you to receive it in the transparency and sacredness with which it is offered:
“The circle of the medicine wheel, anything outside the circle is intended not to be read
In exceptional circumstances one will point to those particular circle and this is a case in point is that this red stone is the spirit stone, or the ancestral stone. IN your case it is outside the circle and it is very rare that that stone falls outside the circle, it is the primary gateway, the stone of the ancestors, it opens the gate to the story that is to unfold so we begin with it even though it is outside the circle.
The first important message here is to recognise that what the ancestors are saying , is that though you are born in a human body, whilst you have taken a human incarnation your spirit is really not of this world. You have the inheritance of the DNA of your ancestral lineage, it doesn’t have a greater effect on you by way of inter-generational healing that most people require to undergo.
You needed to take incarnation here in this realm, essentially to bring into a kind of transformation into this human space.so simply put and there are a number of ways of interpreting this is that you are an inter-dimensional Being at this moment incarnated into a human body with a human voice and all the sensations and experiences of being human. Your pathway is the pathway of the spirit, it is a spiritual pathway and as part of your incarnation here and your birthing into this human realm, it is important to know that you have had to learn the lessons of what it means to be a human being so you can fully relate and it has been like a kind of crash course for you. The spirit world has been talking to you ever since you took incarnation into this realm and you have been a voice for the spirit and you have been a voice for the inter-dimensional communication of other realms.
The ancestors they speak to you by way of your dreams, the spirit world, the spirit guides, they speak to you via the dreamworld.
You don’t have a particularly strong connection to your ancestors and the reason why this is that you chose very specifically through whom to incarnate because of the circumstances that were presented to you that would provide for you the highest pathway of learning. Thought within that pathway there has been a lot of trauma and a lot of surprise pain that sometimes catches you completely by surprise that this realm is so filled with pain and suffering, and that you are in a human body that is in some way.
Simply put is that you are an inter dimensional being at this moment highly schooled to learn such pain and suffering. We are going to track your great question about where it is you are to be in the world but we keep working here in the realm of fire . very clearly here the gateway is completely open for you in terms of being a spiritual incarnate in a human body. Your heart is very very much aligned with the spirit world but you have as your heart the very foundation upon which you stand.
Your heart and through your heart you are able to ground the spiritual ineffable into material manifestation. The heart is the very organ and power center that is what you stand on and the ancestors and the spirit world are saying clearly here that this is the very ground that you stand on. If someone points to you and says who are you, where are you from the most appropriate thing to do is to simply point to your heart. You are in this divination as a bodhisattva and resting right with you in your lap is the medicine of the other worlds. The medicine that comes through you not FOR you, it is like you are a channel so again it is very heart center and connected to where the material meets the spiritual. You have this ability to and its essentially part of your spiritual work really and it is how you feel grounded it is when you are able to make the invisible visible, where you navigate the non duel where the mundane is spiritual and the spiritual is the mundane. It has been a hard lesson along the way and that is so indicated over here by this grief that is so part of you being in this human body. But this grief, just know has been deep empathy and deep compassion for yourself and for all living beings and your grief has watered your home and the home again being your heart. Very very clear that you come with the gift and it is the gift of community, it is the gift of humanity, it is the gift of welcome, and the gift of home and err its super clear because right in the center here there is this yellow area of the divination speaks of the body, of location, of home, of temporal time and space. One of the gifts you carry is the gift of boundaries and learning to bounder yourself. What is important for you to know is that as you are able to close a gate so you are able to open a gate and to be a good gate keeper is to be able to open and close gates here. Because what is happening is that everything is pointing to the center of the circle and it is like you are still being born Fiona, you are still incarnating into this human realm. And where you are located at this very point in time because the divination is a snapshot of what is happening right in this very moment, there are 4 crystal in this divination kit, they are all pointers and they are all pointing in a very particular way and one looks at the flow and what is very fascinating here is there is the spirit pointer, the flow pointer, of healing, there is the clarity pointer that is a little hidden under some coins over here and there is the subterranean, or shadow or hidden-ness and they are all pointing to the centre. This has never been seen before as long as I have been doing divinations, they are all pointing in the centre and essentially what they are pointing to is what your feet are standing on and again your feet are standing on your heart and yes, mother Africa is known as the continent of the heart. This might be very well why you feel such an affinity with this place because your heart will be seen, your heart will be recognised, the gifts that you have to offer of compassion and empathy being able to bring the other world visible through your gifts, but what they are asking for you to do is to surrender!.
Because your head, as the Boddhisatva your head is very much located in the stone area. You are a great thinker, you are very articulate, but your feet is one foot in this world and one foot in the other world. Your heart and your hara can be in some conflict with what it is that you think and the way that you have been have to employ the mind in the realm of duality. Because of that we travel over here to and the snake goon is right in the center of stone, right in the high mountain peak, and the snake bone represents the kind of gift that you are physically endowed with and it is speaking of immense creativity. Expressive creativity by way of language, by the arts, by way of running organisations, by being a leader-. You understand systems, you can pick out patterns very very quickly and you can solve problems. Infact very much as a result of your life’s journey you are a problem solver. It influences your thinking a lot and it can, if not careful it can be a cause for you to be a little bit floaty, and not so grounded. How are you located here, the ideal is that you are not fully surrendered to place, you are not fully surrendered to the way of the heart though you stand on it and though you know these things to be true that has been shared with you right now there is a call for a deeper surrender and to allow the mind and your capacity for rational thought and intellectual comprehension and articulation, have that soften just a little bit……”
